Live Longer, Live Stronger program
Participate in a free, motivational series of classes from Community 医院 of the Monterey Peninsula’s Comprehensive Cancer Center 和 Montage Wellness Center. You’ll learn from experts during classes that teach you strategies for long-term well being. Get tips on:

Survivorship care plan
跟 your care team about the long-term medical care you’ll need after you finish cancer treatment. Expect ongoing communication with your doctors because we follow the Survivorship 护理 Plan guidelines set by the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Your doctor may recommend more frequent screening tests 和 other services to monitor your health. Count on our staff to recommend follow-up care 和 resources that may be right for you.
Become a patient navigator
